Trainer Bio
Addressing personal health and fitness from the inside out is Lianne’s core philosophy. She encourages all clients to remain aware of the barriers that keep them from being sound in their fitness program. Lianne’s training style encourages clients to take responsibility for their own fitness while providing consistent and supportive guidance. Her programs are full of creativity and non-traditional modalities of training to ensure that clients do not experience boredom in their workouts. Weighted ropes, suspension exercises, body weight resistance, kettlebells, resistance bands and medicine balls are just a few of the tools she brings to most workouts.
