Individual Sessions: 1 client, 1 trainer, individualized attention for all sessions.
Buddy Sessions: 2 clients, 1 trainer, exercise with a partner, focused work designed for both of you.
Tri-Fit: 3 clients, 1 trainer, you and a few buddies getting fit together, challenging for all three of you.
*The above programming is specifically tailored to address toning, weight loss, muscle building, and calorie burning goals. Workouts are challenging, goal oriented, creative, and fun. Choose any of the above opportunities that may fit your goals for health and fitness. All program packages are to be purchased on a monthly basis.
